nugrow fills accounting and FP&A roles on a fixed-term basis: bookkeeping, controlling, FP&A specialist and head of finance. Typical triggers are a backlog in the month-end close, parental leave or illness cover in the team, and the reporting or data-room crunch before a funding round. The role is filled on its own, without also bringing in a CFO. Tasks, duration, fees and handover are defined in the specific engagement.

After the interviews, you will make the final decision for the best candidate. As soon as the choice is made, all contract details are clarified and the contract is signed so that the interim manager can start working as quickly as possible.
